How to Search:

 1)  Put in search criteria:

a) Select County

–    To select all counties or choose a specific county, left click once in the box to turn it yellow, then right click once; select county and click OK.

–    To choose multiple counties hold the crtl button on your keyboard while choosing counties.

b) Soundex Option

–    change this to Y if you are not sure of the spelling; it will give you all the names that sound like your search entry.

b)  Alias Names Option

–    change this to Y if you would like any alias names along with your search results.

c)  Case Types

  •All Cases       ◦Asbestos Cases

d)  Alternative Case Type

–     To select a specific case type, left click once in the box to turn it yellow, then right click once; select case type.

                    e)  Search Box (Use only letters and numbers; no spaces or dashes)

–    search by case number; ex.2006TR85, 2006TR000085, or
06TR85 or

–    search by name (includes any party named in the case) ex. if

John Adams is the plaintiff in a case against Bell Petroleum, your search criteria will be ADAMS JOHN or BELL PETROLEUM or if Darryl L Love has a felony case, your search criteria would be LOVE DARRYL L
